Earth Mama Organic - Organic Herbal Sitz Bath - 94 Gram(s) - NPN: 00000000 -- Organic Herbal Sitz Bath - Take care down there with natural compresses filled with organic herbs. The compresses can be cooled and gently tucked or use the brewed infusion to make postpartum padsicles or a sitz bath. Which is kind of like making tea for your nethers. Which is a totally lovely and perfectly polite thing to do. Directions: Lay herbal pad in a shallow bowl and cover with boiling water. Steep for approx. 5 min., and let cool.
